uncertainties of the times, the Nortehanon youth have shown remarkable strength and

As you stand at the verge of the future, remember that you are the architects of the new
Philippines. Your education has equipped you not only with knowledge but also with the

Embrace the values of bayanihan and malasakit as you chart your path forward. Let your
actions be guided by empathy and your decisions anchored in integrity. Remember that
