TERMS AND CONDITION FOR LEGALIZATION AND NOTARIZATION

OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BY HIS ROYAL MAJESTY HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE IN ENGLAND.

Upon con irmation and receipt of a iled request by Bar. Pedro Nicholas (K.C) a
member of the Kings in council on behalf of Mr. Daniel Tusiimukye and Mr. Herbert Hilton
for the Legalization and Notarization of a Memorandum of Understanding between both
parties .

Inline with Great Britain Constitution, Mr. Daniel Tusiimukye and Mr. Herbert Hilton will
provide a copy of veri ied government issued ID card each through their legal
representative Bar. Pedro Nicholas (K.C), for the Legalization and Notarization of this
Instrument worth Sixty Thousand United States Dollars Only. ($ 60,000.00 USD).

Mr. Daniel Tusiimukye will also provide a Legalization and Notarization fee of Three
Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Great British Pounds (£ 3,850.00 GBP) to us through his
legal representative Bar. Pedro Nicholas (K.C).

Note that Legalization and Notarization of this instrument will only be effected within 24-
36 hours upon receipt of payment.
