Sample rubrics to evaluate the can-do statements of each English skill of levels A1 in the

CEFR
Writing Rubric Level A1 (Model One)
• Can write a short, simple postcard, for example sending holiday greetings.
• Can fill in forms with personal details, for example entering their name, nationality, and address on a
hotel registration form.
• Can write short, simple notes and messages relating to matters in areas of immediate need.
