Healthy Kingsport is offering organizations the opportunity to pre-order shirts for this fall’s upcoming 2016 Healthy

Kingsport Walk for Wellness Expo, Walk Across TN, and OneGoal – OneKingsport (Community Level Walking Challenge).
In order to have the shirts in hand in time for the walk the order must be in and paid for by Thursday, September 15 th.
If you would like to add your organization’s logo on the back there is an extra $30 set-up fee (per order not per shirt).
Below are the two choices:

100% Cotton Tee (ONLY COMES IN BLUE) 5.4 ounce with Healthy Kingsport on the front and your organization’s logo on
the back. Price for this shirt is $6.50 (Small-XLarge), for 2XL-$8.50, 3XL-$8.50, 4XL-$9.50.

3.8 Ounce Competitor Tee (ONLY COMES IN RED) with Healthy Kingsport on the front and your organization’s logo on
the back. Price for this shirt is $8.25 (Small-XLarge), for 2XL-$9.75, 3XL-$10.25,
4XL- $11.25
