CIRCULAR PARENT TEACHER MEETING 30 MAY 2024

1. The Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) for Academic Year (AY) 2024-25 is scheduled to
be held on Thursday 30" May 2024 with effect from 0900 to 1200 hrs at School building
Parents are requested to arrive at school at 0900 hrs and to interact with the class teachers
in respective class rooms. Parking will be outside the main gate, no vehicles will be allowed
to move inside the School campus.

2 Class teachers are requested to remain present in the respective class rooms by
0845 hrs with progress report, attendance sheet and feedback proforma issued by Shri
Pankaj Kumar Mishra, In-charge PTM. Class teachers are requested to intimate parents
using class Whatsapp groups.
3. All housemasters are requested to utilise the SPACS system and through cadets
intimate parents telephonically to attend the PTM.

4. Compilation of feedback will be done by the academic coordinators (SB VI to VII,

by Shri
SKD IX-X and PKM XI-XII) along with the remarks and will be put up on noting
Pankaj Kumar Mishra, In-charge Examination Cell.

5. Quarter master will ensure following:

(a) One plastic table with table cloth and chair is placed in each

classes.
