MECHANICS:

 The game begins when both teams are ready and the signal is given.

 Each team attempts to pull the rope across the center line towards their

side.

 The team that successfully pulls the rope past the center line wins the

round.

 Rounds can be played in a best-of format, or a predetermined number of

rounds can be played to determine the overall winner.

 If the center line is crossed but then the other team pulls it back, the round

is still in progress until one team definitively wins.

GUIDELINES

 Players must remain behind the starting line until the game begins.

 Players cannot step over the center line.

 The use of gloves or any other aids to enhance grip is generally not

allowed, as it can provide an unfair advantage.

 Players must release the rope immediately if they fall or lose their footing.

 The game should be supervised to ensure fair play and safety.
