DAY ONE: DELHI – NEEN, CHAIL
Assemble in School
Night departure from Delhi for campsite by AC Deluxe
Bus (2X2 Push Back Seats)
Overnight bus journey to the campsite
DAY TWO: NEEN, CHAIL
Early morning arrival at bus drop point
Transfer to the campsite by small vehicles
Morning arrival at campsite
Breakfast at the campsite followed by allocation of
accommodation (early check in subject to availability)
Free time for freshening up and take rest
Camp Orientation and Students team Division:
Warm-up activities and fun games
Lunch at the campsite
Acclimatization trek : Learn Mountain manners; Leave
No Trace (LNT) Principles
Maggi Walk: experience the outdoor survival cooking in DAY FIVE: SCHOOL
teams with limited resources while on the trek
Evening snack at the campsite

Morning Rise & Shine Session
Have a relaxed breakfast
Warm-up and various outdoor activities (in 3 groups) –
Valley crossing / Rope course activities/ Outdoor
Survival Session (in groups) – Improvised Shelter, Basic
First Aid, Navigation
Lunch at campsite
Warm-up and various outdoor activities (swap the 3
groups) – Valley crossing / Rope course activities/

Gone in Sixty Seconds – a series of fun games

Early morning arrival in School
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation prior to 15 days from the journey date: 50% of the program fee
Cancellation done between 14-0 days from the journey date. No Refund
No Show – No Refund
EdTerra as well as the school holds the rights to cancel the journey in the
event that minimum group size is not achieved. In this event, the entire
program fee will be refunded.
If the journey is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances (political or
social instability, the inclement weather, natural disasters, terrorist attacks,
public hazards, etc.) that pose a threat to the safety and well being of the
participants, the cancellation policy will apply.
EdTerra is not an IATA agent and for our client’s
convenience we collaborate with various ticketing agents
to provide best offers for their travel needs.
