Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Responsibili,es:
• Own and support all communica5on and processes with Applicants, Residents, and Owners.
• Par5cipate and promote a posi5ve Team Culture by living Company Core Values.
• Accountable and Owns Resident/Owner Lease Renewal process, fee collec5on, related
compliance, and financial issues.
• Follows Company Policy regarding 5melines for responding to Owner/Client ques5ons and
with the internal Team, resolving issues and promptly closing open files immediately.
• Lead Company and PM Team Members in building & improving interpersonal rela5onships
with & solving issues for Residents/Owners.
• Accountable for Risk Mi5ga5on and in-depth knowledge of common Landlord/Tenant risk
and legal issues involving Residents/Owners.
• Iden5fy process and communica5on inefficiencies.
• Ability to track data to obtain responses to inquiries, the number of interac5ons per move,
the number of denied requests, and the percentage of requests that result in moves.
• Maintains expert-level knowledge of all Leasing so]ware including but not limited to Tenant
Turner and AppFolio. Ensures so]ware is set up for maximum ROI.
