40-year-old female presents to the clinic with body aches, fever and sore throat
symptoms have been ongoing for the last 4 days.

Constitutional: Fevers, chills, sweats
Eye: No recent visual problems, eye discharge/drainage
ENMT: Sore throat, nasal congestion, no ear pain
Respiratory: Cough, no shortness of breath or wheezing
Cardiovascular: No Chest pain, palpitations, edema
Gastrointestinal: No nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
