A few days here in Peru authorized the use of guns in self-

defense and like everything in this life , this law clearly has its pros
and cons. One of the pros of this law is that we can obviously
defend ourselves in a case of robbery, for example. actually in Peru
there are 4,000 of these types of crime a day.

Another pro of this law is that essentially care we need in cases of


crime against us living in dangerous countrie like Peru where we
usually have robbery , murders , extortions , etc Another pro. Now
the police could defend themselves with their weapons without
problem. In reality, police officers can go to jail if they use their
weapons in self-defense, but this new law applies. not only may
they defend themselves , but they may also don't go to jail for that.

Now We going to the cons Basically all in this life has cons and this
new law obviously has some of them one can be the acces if we
think better basically anyone of legal age could get a gun for good
bad reasons , another cons can be with this new law we will
possibly generate more violence in our already violent city.Another
cons can be people rarely could use it for self-defense and more
often use it for other purposes such as threats or crimes. and the
final cons , is that many people will definitely be able to use guns in
illegal ways and without permits, which is also a crime. And this can
be dangerous for us like society .

In conclusion at the same time this law is god and bad , in my


personal opinion I am basically in favor of as long as the rules
about it are paid , never had I imagine how dangerous Peru
become in the last years , hopefully , our country Improve our laws,
our sentences against crime and we can live in a safe country in
the future .
The wonderful word of the sports All of us have played sports at
one time point in our lives.And although we may not believe it, this
has benefits for both our physical and mental health.First we going
to talk about the Physiological Benefits , for example one of them
promotes sleep , if we can practice sports , we’ll go promote our
sleep more easily because we can improve and stay sleep for
more time .

Another physiological benefit is reducing stress and anxiety.As


soon as you practice a sport that you like and enjoy doing, you will
feel that your stress and anxiety decrease while you practice it. This
is due to neurotoxins released during physical activity. This reduces
stress and anxiety. Once you start practicing regularly .And the final
physiological benefit produces happiness chemicals This happens
while you enjoy sports, you practice something you love, Since the
moment you start practicing your body begins to produce
endorphins they are the hormones of happiness

Now we are going to talk about the physical benefits . The first and
the most obvious regulates and controls weight even if you practice
constantly ,you will lose calories which will prevent obesity, another
reason is that it optimizes blood sugar and insulin levels.
Since being sports our body reduces sugar levels in our blood
which helps prevent diseases such as type 1 and 2 diabetes.

And The final physical benefits is that it strengthens bones and


muscles because being a sport our bones become stronger,
reducing the loss of bone deity that increases over the years. in
addition to strengthening your muscle mass. Even if you practice
constantly, over time you will gain more muscle mass or even
maintain it

In my case I usually dance since I can remember. Whenever I


dance , I feel happy. I always warm up before start a dance routine.
When I start to dance I can describe the feelings in me. I feel
good , relaxed ,and it even helps me a lot with my physical health
since it makes me stronger and also with my mental health since it
relaxes me.
