I have been in my current position since 2020. Prior, I was the Assistant Director of the Pre-permit Unit of
the NYC DOH Bureau of Food Safety. I also taught the Bureau’s Health academy for new inspectors for over
5 years.

As part of the Agency’s Food Protection Program, I supervise the ASM Food Safet Team to ensure the
evaluation of all food service establishments operating on PA properties for their compliance with state
and local health codes. I also support the Tenant Construction and Alteration Process (TCAP) and capital
projects in our reviewer role of design reviews and construction inspections of Tenant Alteration
Applications (TAA/MWA) for food establishments at PA facilities to ensure for health code compliance.
