Dear Ma’am Babylyn.

Greetings!

I am writing to formally address the significant delays and issues we have encountered concerning the
ongoing project at SILLION ROCKWELL. We have observed that several areas previously handed over
and considered complete have been damaged due to subsequent structural changes. This issue has
caused significant delays and incurred additional costs, which are unacceptable in light of our initial
agreement.

Due to these delays and the subsequent need for rectifications, we have incurred considerable costs
in terms of manpower and materials. Specifically, we are seeking compensation for the delay
amounting to 20% of the total manpower cost for the period from December 2023 to May 2024, total
of 20,000 PHP. This compensation is essential to cover the losses we have incurred due to the
inefficiencies caused by the project delays.

Moreover, any structural modifications necessitating reapplication must be billed accordingly,

considering that waterproofing has already been applied to said areas. Additionally, we expect all
remaining areas to be completed and turned over by first week of JUNE. If this deadline is not met,
we will be compelled to withdraw our personnel and materials, as it is not beneficial for us to continue
under the present conditions.

We hope to resolve this matter amicably and promptly to prevent further delays and ensure the
project's successful completion. Your understanding and cooperation in addressing these issues are
greatly appreciated. Please let us know how you wish to proceed regarding our request for
compensation and the turnover schedule.
