Nomination Form
Nominate your professors for the annual Outstanding Professor Award. The nominee must be
Saskatchewan. The reason for the nomination and the nominee’s contributions to teaching and
research must be provided by the nominator. Submit the nomination form by July 31. Detailed

Outstanding Professor Award University of Saskatchewan
teaching, scholarly research, and other educational services. A nomination form is sent to
colleagues and students every year, which can be completed and submitted anytime on or before
July 31.
Nomination requirements
This is a career award that acknowledges and appreciates professors’ record of service to the
faculty. One faculty member from the department will be selected every year. The nominee must
be a faculty member at the time of nomination and hold a minimum of two years of experience.
They will demonstrate exemplary performance in teaching and a record of excellent research.
The reason for nomination must be clearly stated by the students or the colleagues who know the
nominee.
Selection process
The Outstanding Professor Award committee considers all the nomination forms and makes a
final decision. The recipient of the award will be informed in writing, and they will be asked to
