The activity was participated by some of our parents from Grades 4-6 because it was the
schedule of the Grades to conduct their brigada together with our parents and stakeholders.Each of the
participants were assigned to their respective cleaning stations.Some were assigned in pruning trees
and branches of the trees within the school campus.Some were assigned to do grasscutting and garden
cleaning.
XI. Recommendations:
The activity should be involved by all the stakeholders to let them know how far the school’s
improvement plan is being realized. To be able to show their real essence of bayanihan,willingness to
help and volunteerism should be present in the said activity.

The activity was participated by our very own Barangay officials headed by our Barangay Captain
Leonides Pitoc and his councilmen together with the BHW’s,Brgy. Tanods.They were assigned to clean the
roadside of the school campus.They voluntarily clean and participated in our annual claen-up drive in
preparation for the face to face classes. A Barangay Electrician inspected the electric wires installation. Fixing
of water pipes and pruning of trees were done by some PTAs and Alumni.Computer Room were cleaned by
the students and teachers. Students removes the dust and curtain in each room. Floor wax was applied to
prevent dust.The wall of the corridor adjacent to the room were painted by the teachers. Mr. Gordo, ICT
Coordinator inspected the computers in the schools that were damaged by the typhoon Odette and
submitted a report about the status of the computers in school.

XI. Recommendations:
The activity should be involved by all the stakeholders to let them know how far the school’s
improvement plan is being realized. To be able to show their real essence of bayanihan,willingness to
help and volunteerism should be present in the said activity. Brigada Eskwela” is crucial
because it not only repairs chairs and refurbishes the classrooms but it is also a form of an
inventory of what schools lack or need.

The activity was participated by Teachers and other parents who were not able to attend the other
brigade schedule.They were also of help in establishing and securing safe facilities in school hence they
were the ones who accomplished the Cleaning of school building walls and repainting of school garden
box. PTAs and other volunteers worked out the School Garden and conducted landscaping.

XI. Recommendations:
The activity should be involved by all the stakeholders to let them know how far the school’s
improvement plan is being realized. To be able to show their real essence of bayanihan,willingness to

The activity was participated by parents,BHW’s and 4ps members accomplished the pruning and
trimming of unwanted branches of trees. Parents and other Brgy. Officials voluntarily accomplished the
Cleaning and Clogging of drainage in the Grade IV-V room while Cleaning of School Garden and
grounds was continuously done by Barangay Health Workers and 4ps Members. Barangay Tanod
conducted the plumbing of water pipes in our rain water catchment.

XI. Recommendations:
The activity should be involved by all the stakeholders to let them know how far the school’s
improvement plan is being realized. To be able to show their real essence of bayanihan,willingness to

The activity was participated by the Bureau of Fire and Protection from Matalom also appeared in the
event to conduct electrical wires installation and inspected the fire extinguisher. They also notify the school
for the hazards of using substandard wires and the usage of circuit breakers for emergency purposes.The BFP
also helped in painting the school fence and other walls of school building. 4ps Members also
participates in removing dry leaves in some water drainages, sweeping around the school surroundings,
landscaped school garden and sorted out empty pots and ornamental plants.
