Write a reflection on whether your job will support your lifestyle.

● What sacrifices will you have to make?
● How will your priorities change?
● How much money do you plan to save per year? What will you use your savings
for in five years? Ten years? What are your savings goals?

One sacrafice I will have to make is not having a lot of time for family until I’m a higher
rank and my schedule is more flexible. Even my dad when he was undercover wasn’t
home a ton and that has definitely affected our relationship today and that’s why I’m
much closer with my mom. My priorities won’t change all that much I think I’ll just have
more focus on saving money for the necessities rather than random things I don’t even
need. I plan to save around $30,000 a year and my savings will go towards a
downpayment on a house. Once I have a house, my savings will go towards what ever I
need down the road such as RESP for my future kids.
