Short Discussion:

It is aligning the Institutional Intended Learning Outcomes (IILOs), Program Intended

Learning Outcomes (PILOs), and Course Intended Learning Outcomes (CILOs) and these helps
us reach educational goals better. The IILO "Make important technologies from research and
new ideas" is a big goal for the whole school. It means we want to create and use new and
helpful technologies from our research. This shows our school wants to be really good at coming
up with new ideas and making them work. The PILO "Have the skills to do advanced research
and make new ideas for important technologies it explains what we expect from students who
finish our program. It says they should know how to do advanced research and come up with
new ideas that can be used to make important technologies. The CILO, "Show that students
really good at doing advanced research to make important technologies" it is a smaller goal for a
specific class. It tells students they need to be good at doing hard research to make new
technologies. The students need to prove that they can do it well.

In short, when IILOs, PILOs, and CILOs cascade, it helps us work step by step toward our
big goal. Each level helps students learn what they need to know to make important
technologies through research and innovation. This way, we make sure our education is
reliable.
