Proposal-Employee Referral Program
An employee referral program is an organized and structured program where we ask our existing
employees to recommend candidates for open position in Mimpi Perhentian Resort. Unlike
sourcing, employee referral is an internal method where we find and hire the best talent from
employees’ existing networks.
Rewards :
Referrals are entitled for cash reward after the candidate has been employed at Mimpi
Perhentian Resort and completed their probation period. The proposed rewards are as follows :
Program Rules :
1. To refer a candidate, staff need to complete and submit the Employee Referral Program
form together with the candidate’s resume to Human Resource Department.
2. Only external candidates and candidates who have not applied for a position at Mimpi
Perhentian Resort within the last 12 months can be referred.
3. Only candidates who have not working with Mimpi Perhentian Resort within the last 12
months can be referred.
4. If more than one employee refers the same candidate, only the first referral is eligible for
the referral reward.
5. Directors, Operations Manager, Human Resource employees, and employees involved in
the hiring process are not eligible for the referral program.
Hence, we would like to seek your approval to implement Employee Referral Program starting
January 2024.
