TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 CLIENT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE 50% down payment to reserve the desired date/slot.
 Client should avail the package with contains their final guest count due to alcohol
calculation.
 If number of guest exceeds the agreed package. Client should pay for the additional guest.
 Client should pay the remaining balance before or during the event.
 Client should inform BESTSHOT MOBILE BAR if there are changes on the details of the event.
 Client grants permission to use photo or videos from the event for business promotion.
 Any damage/s to BESTSHOT MOBILE BAR's property during the event will be shouldered
by the client.
 Strictly no cancellation of booking.
 If client decides to extend the services hours, they are required to pay the additional charges.
 Guest are not allowed to mix their own drinks.
 No asking for extra drinks after service hour.

This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the above services required or on
the day following the event.
