POLICY STATEMENT
The policy on timekeeping would be enforced in order to have accurate salary
payments, overtimes and leaves.

All employees (from Grade 1 – 7) are required to punch card daily without fail.

If staff forgets to punch card, they need to get signature from Department Head.
Department Head may also initial on punch card for their employee if the system
breakdown.

Most important is no one is allowed to punch other employee’s card. Action will be
taken if it happens. Falsifying punch card is a major misconduct

All used punch cards must be filed and kept by HR for 7 years.

PROCEDURE

1. All employees are required to punch their attendance card through the punch
card machine at the employee entrance.
2. Employee should report for duty at their workplace with proper appearance,
according to schedule and arrive on time.
3. Employee needs to punch card their attendance during normal shift and
overtime too.
4. If they forget to punch card their attendance, they need to get signature from
Department Head for rank file staff and department head can get signature from
Operation manager. Failure to do this may affect the salary and OT claim.
