The difference between a memo and an email is as follows:

A. Email is a virtual communication method that allows professionals to convey important

information for professional or personal purposes. It can help professionals to send and
receive information quickly, which can improve performance and productivity. Email is
usually a short message that can be viewed by a person on a single screen. The key
elements of an email include: Subject line

 Recipient
 Message
 Content
 Signature
 Attachments

B. A memo is a formal exchange of information and often has a formal format and structure.
Professionals write memos for a variety of reasons, such as informing team members
about policy changes, asking individuals to begin a project or persuading professionals to
take certain actions. Key elements of a memo include:

 Date
 Subject line
 Thesis statement
 Introductory paragraph
 Body paragraphs
 Conclusion

C. In my opinion, Memos have a simple structure to convey informally, while letters are a
form of formal message that have a more complex structure. Memos are written using
everyday language while letters are a form of message conveyed through more standard
language. Electronic mail or email is a means of sending messages through computer
technology, laptops, smartphones with an internet connection. Email is used to send data,
both in the form of text files, images, audio and video. By using e-mail, data transmission
operations such as correspondence are easier and faster than using human services (post).
