Millennium is the only company in Israel (and in some cases even in the

Solar Project Pipeline

Millennium is the only Israeli company that is active in the world PV solar
renewable energy market that has a project pipeline of more that half a billion
dollars. As such, Millennium “plays” among the biggest players in the field.
This pipeline is backed up with contracts with first class companies all over
the world.

Millennium is the only Israeli company that produces PV panels via OEM
agreements according to Millennium's specifications using three technologies:
• Small panels for charging electronic devices with an output of between
0.4-4 watts, black-on-black, and laser carved channels that are coated
with epoxy.
• Polycrystalline panels with an output of 5-220 watt.
• Monocrystalline panels with an output of 5-220 watt.

Millennium has OEM agreements with seven factories that together can
produce 26MW of panels annually.

Millennium has distribution agreements in all the relevant markets around

the world: Europe, Germany, Spain and Greece. In Germany alone there are
about 600 homes using Millennium panels installed on their roofs.

Millennium has an order pipeline of tens of millions of dollars for the

coming year and signed agreements to erect solar power plants in the vicinity
of hundreds of millions of dollars.

Unique technologies – each one of them can be the basis for a spin off
of a start-up company as will be described later.

for R&D and distribution of solar energy around the world.

(IEA) where Millennium is part of Tasks 7, 30 and 35.

Millennium has the flexibility, speed and the capability to make quick
decisions and change strategies swiftly as well as execute and supply
quickly – a great advantage for a small company in contrast to the
encumbrance of large conglomerates in the field.

A Number of Exclusive Patents

9 The Combined Collector – Multi Solar System (MSS)
A patent for a solar system that can produce electricity, hot water and hot/cool
air in one integrated module: MSS/PV/T/A. The only company in the world
with a patent process that has over thirteen years of experience with
hundreds of systems installed all around the world, that has the best
performance relative to price according to the summary report of the
International Energy Association (IEA) that produces electricity, hot water and
hot/cool air from one collector (there is no other company in the entire world
that manufactures a collector that also produces hot water and hot/cool air in
one collector).
The more companies involved in R&D and technologies producing PVT/A
technology, the better, since it is then easier to market Millennium's patent
and easier to receive technological renown with customers, academia and the
industry as well as making it easier to receive standards that will allow this
technology to massively penetrate the different markets, and also to compete
with other technologies in the field. If Millennium would be the only player in
the field with PVT/A technology, Millennium would be disregarded with the
claim that this technology is unknown and not proven. Therefore, in 1994,
immediately after receiving the priority patent, Ami Elazari, Millennium's
founder and CEO, published papers and pushed to establish Task 7 within
IEA to receive recognition for this technology. In any case, Millennium
remains one step ahead if not years ahead of all the other companies
regarding experience in production and installation of the MSS.
In addition, Millennium has developed a technology that allows the use of
thermal energy that is produced from the MSS for the production of additional
electricity via a thermal generator (technology that exists in the market today)
thus multiplying the amount of electricity that the system produces with an
increase in cost of only 30% for the project.

9 Priority patent for a solar window that is based on PVT technology (in the
process of receiving a PCT).
9 Patent for a black-on-black panel for charging mobile devices with artificial
light (transferred to the Solar Style company in which Millennium has a
50% stake in Israel).
9 Priority patent for producing electricity from genetic engineering from
artificial photosynthesis (in the process of receiving a PCT).

9 Priority patent for energy conservation in greenhouses via the use of LED
technology and PV cells (in the process of receiving a PCT).
9 Technology for water desalination using a combined system and unique
membranes (in the process of receiving a patent).
9 Technology for the production of hydrogen from solar energy and the
Multi Solar System (in the process of receiving a patent).
9 Self-formation Technology: Production of cells with an efficiency of 27% -
the Helsolar EC project.
9 Energy MUST Technology for savings on electricity via Time-of-Use –
successfully completed a one and a half year experiment with Bank
Discount.

Millennium is the only Israeli company that has submitted and received 6 R&D
projects within the 5th and 6th frameworks of the European Commission and
who is a coordinator as well. Millennium has even received a special citation
in this matter.

Ami Elazari, the President & CEO of Millennium, is a world renowned expert
in the field and lectures and consults in almost every international forum
relating to renewable energy. Ami is also a member of Task 7, Task 30 and
Task 35 within the International Energy Association.

Millennium has a professional team that is working with the company from 4-
6 years and has the capability, knowledge and understanding of the
international PV market and has created a network of contacts via
conferences, conventions and exhibitions, has marketing capabilities and the
ability to prepare engineering proposals and manage projects on site.

Millennium was chosen to write and manage the joint German-Israeli solar
installation training course for the Ministries of Trade and Industry of both
countries, based on the Multi Solar System.

Millennium has proven performance in Israel as well as around the world:

Millennium has installed in Israel the solar systems for the Cross Israel
Highway, has electrified three settlements: the Alpaka ranch, Mitzpe Kalil and
Succah in the Desert, installed 1000 solar lights for the border fences,
developed a solar glider for the Ministry of Defense and is working on a new
order from Maf'at from the Israel Military Industries, supplied mobile PV
panels for the special forces, supplied mobile solar gasoline pumps for the
IDF's fuel management division and more…. Supplied solar panels for about
600 homes in Germany, installed a solar system on the roof of a large
packaging plant in Italy (Batipgalia), installed 40 solar garden lights in a hotel
in Italy and today is erecting three 50kW solar power stations in Italy as well
as a 24MW solar power station in South Korea.
