hereby submits for SAUDI ARAMCO’s review and approval, the Welder
qualification JCC log sheet and Job Clearance Card of Al-Zamil Heavy Industries
Ltd employees (refer to Attachment I).

CONTRACTOR requests SAUDI ARAMCO’s approval of the above at the earliest.

CONTRACTOR remains available for any further clarification SAUDI ARAMCO

might need.
