 Welcome to TELUS International!

The first thing you’ll need to start onboarding to your new

role at TELUS International is your equipment. This
document contains everything you need to know about
the delivery.

Let’s start with your appointment details…

When and at what time should I be there? The

computers will be delivered in groups, your trainer will
share these details with you.

Where should I go? Pradera West (See more details in

the next page.

Note: You need to go to the front

desk and leave your DPI or
Picture ID with them so they give
you a Visitor Badge that you can
use to access the delivery area.
 What will I get?

Before you leave, you will be given a box where you can
store your computer and peripherals for easy carrying.

It is your responsibility to confirm you have the following in

the box before you leave:

● CPU
● Two Monitors
● Keyboard
● Mouse
● Power Cables (1 for the CPU and 1 for each monitor)
● VGA/HDMI or Displayport cable (1 for each monitor)
● LAN Cable
● Headsets
● Adapter for Headsets
 Required Mobile Apps

As a TELUS International Team Members there are three

main mobile apps we constantly use and you may use
some of them during your visit so make sure you
download the following:

 Additional FAQs

Should I bring something? Yes, in addition to your DPI

and your charged cell-phone with mobile data it is
recommendable for you to bring a pen.

How long will this take? It is hard to determine how

long you’ll be on site since we will perform several tests to
make sure your equipment works before you take it
home. We strongly suggest you don’t schedule any
appointments or make any plans for that day.

Can I take my car? Yes, you can park in the building.

You just need to make sure you send your car information
(Brand, color and license plate) at least 24 hours before
your visit to your trainer.

I got a call from recruitment asking me to go with

them at a different time. What should I do? You
should go to the recruitment area and follow the
instructions provided by them BEFORE you pick up your
equipment.
