Points to be considered for monsoon mitigation plan 2024:

P&M Dept.:
1) Dewatering scheme with required pump including standby pump details
and pipe routing plan to be prepared.
2) Electrical equipment’s and DB’s to be covered properly with sheets
3) Electrical cable routing plan and scheme to be prepared.
4) Day and Night shift duty allocation list to be displayed for essential
services like plumbers, electricians and other trades.
5) Overall site lighting layout plan to be relooked.
6) Drain and chambers to be rechecked for rain water flow and discharge.
7) GI sheet covering for TC1 and TC2 cut-outs to be done at site.
8) GI sheet covering / rain protection shed to be prepared for DB’s at site.
9) Rubber mats to be procured for electrical room and DB points.
10) Concrete pump covering to be ensured and plan to be prepared.
HSE Dept. :
1) Rain protection PPE’s stock for rain shoes, rain coats, umbrella and other
items to be prepared.
2) Day and night shift doctor / male nurse list to be displayed for emergency
cases.
3) Emergency response team members (ERT) list to be displayed at office
and all areas.
HR & Admin Dept :
1) Snake catchers contact no’s to be displayed.
2) Bus transportation for labours considering rainy season traffic to be
arranged.
Site Team:
1) Blocks to be arranged for making of bunds at corners / edges to avoid
water ingress inside shafts.
2) Rain protection shed using bamboos, Tarpaulin to be prepared for slab
and core wall concreting works.
3) Additional scaffolder team to be arranged at site for rain shed protection
works.
4) Vehicle access inside site for trailors and trucks to be defined for
unloading of materials.
5) Cement store to be covered with tarpaulin sheets.
6) Steel racks to be covered with tarpaulin sheets.
7) Water drainage arrangement at rebar yard to be done.
8) Untied loose materials to be identified and to be properly stacked and
barricade.
9) Rain protection shed for new labour camp to continue work during rainy
seasons to be ensured.
