Course Outcome After completion of this course student will be able to :
1. Identify the various Electrical Engineering Materials used in Electrical
Machines.
2. Design armature and field systems for D.C. machines.
3. Design core, yoke, windings and cooling systems of transformers.
4. Design stator and rotor of induction machines.
5. Design stator and rotor of synchronous machines and study their thermal
behavior.
