OBJECTIVE:
Improve coordination and brain hemispheric integration.
STEPS:
Stand up straight.
Touch your right hand to your left knee as you lift it.
Switch sides: touch your left hand to your right knee.
Repeat for 10-15 reps on each side.
BENEFITS:
Enhances coordination and left-right brain communication.
2. LAZY EIGHTS:
OBJECTIVE:
Develop eye-tracking and fine motor skills.
STEPS:
Draw a large number eight on its side (like an infinity
symbol) on a piece of paper.
Have your child trace the shape with their finger, first in
one direction and then the other.
Repeat several times.
BENEFITS:
Improves hand-eye coordination and visual tracking.
Enhance balance and concentration.
ACTIVITY-3 & 4 :
BALANCE BEAM

4. ALPHABET MARCH
OBJECTIVE:
Reinforce letter recognition and gross motor skills.
STEPS:
Call out a letter of the alphabet.
Have your child march in place while saying the letter out
loud.
For an added challenge, ask them to form the letter with
their body.

ENHANCES LETTER RECOGNITION AND GROSS MOTOR
COORDINATION.
ACTIVITY-5:
BRAIN BUTTONS
OBJECTIVE:
Increase blood flow to the brain and improve concentration.
STEPS:
Have your child place one hand on their navel.
With the other hand, use their thumb and index finger to
massage the spots just below the collarbone on both
sides.
Continue for 1-2 minutes.
BENEFITS:
Boosts concentration and energy levels.
