Please refer to your Bid submitted against E-Tender No. 1000411872 (System ID - 14417) Dated
09.11.2023, all subsequent correspondences and corrigendums for 'E- Tender for Forecourt Operation
to run CGS Cum Mother Station at Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh'. We hereby issue this Letter of Acceptance
(LOA) for 'E-Tender for Forecourt Operation to run CGS Cum Mother Station at Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh',
at a contract Value of Rs. 63,43,680/- (Indian Rupees Sixty-Three Lakh Forty-Three Thousand Six
Hundred and Eighty Only) including GST (Present rate of GST is @.18%)

Contract Period: The Contract Period for the complete scope of work shall be Two (02) Year from the
date of Letter of Acceptance (LOA).

The completion of the overall scope of work shall be as per bid documents / instructions of the owner.

Price Basis: Prices shall remain firm, fixed and valid until completion of the contract and shall not be
subject to variation on any account.

Contract Performance Bank Guarantee (CPBG): Please submit contract performance Bank Guarantee @
3% of basic Contract value as per tender terms & conditions within 15 days of this LOA. All other terms
and conditions shall be as per the Tender Document.

Bank Guarantee Cover for Sales Proceeds: In addition to CPBG, you are requested to submit Bank
Guarantee of amount Rs. 6,90,000/- or Equivalent of average 5 days sale of CNG through Dispensers,
whichever is higher. The amount of BG will be reviewed on a minimum Fortnightly Basis. The BG shall be
valid for 6 months beyond completion of contract, If sale increases BG amount shall be increased
accordingly by you without any cost implications to BPCL.

Manager, Sales (Gas), Uttar Pradesh -2 shall be Engineer-In-Charge (EIC) and Territory Manager (Gas),
Uttar Pradesh - 2 would be Overall-In-charge (OIC) for the execution of this order.
