This is to inform you that, based on your given proposal and meeting dated 05 May 2024, requesting you
to take necessary steps to open disbursement account in your system in the name of ASDOW.

We, authorize UCB Fintech Company Ltd [hereinafter, “UPAY”] to enroll below below-mentioned
authorized person to its disbursement portal as “Uploader” and “Approver”. Any disbursement request
uploaded to the disbursement portal by uploader and subsequently approved by the Approver shall be
treated as duty authorized and approved disbursement instruction of AdPlay technology limited.

We hereby also indemnify UPAY and hold harmless against any losses we might suffer as a consequence
of wrong of enormous disbursement request placed by Uploader and approved by Approver.
