NOTICE

SECURITY / BEHAVIOURAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE STUDENTS


GRAFEST (May 22, 23 & 24, 2024)

1. No bags (college bags, sling bags, backpacks, etc.) or bottles will be permitted inside
the campus for the celebrity night. Female students may carry small handbags or clutches
only. No additional bags will be allowed. Please take note and make your arrangements
accordingly.

2. The campus entry will be monitored by videographers and equipped with


breathalyzers and alcohol detectors. Any student found to be under the influence of
alcohol or any other intoxicant will be denied entry into the campus and may also face
disciplinary action. Your security is of paramount importance, and we expect you to
follow this instruction with utmost sincerity and to enjoy the fest responsibly.

3. Any individual found attempting to impersonate a Graphic Era student and enter the
campus without permission will be dealt with severely. Heavy police personnel
deployment at the campus will ensure compliance.

4. Buses will operate for the convenience of the students while also ensuring their safe
departure. Students are advised to inform their parents and local guardians of their
timings and whereabouts..

5. Speeding, triple riding, riding without helmets, driving under the influence of
intoxicants, and any form of hooliganism by individuals will be dealt with severely by the
Uttarakhand Police, who are part of the arrangements for GRAFEST at all times this year.

All of the aforementioned points are intended to ensure that all Graphians can enjoy the
most anticipated cultural fest of the year with utmost ease and safety, and reach home
safely after the events. In case of emergencies or any requests or issues, the organizing
team at the venue can be contacted.

The campus will be equipped with Medical Facilities and


EMTs for handling any kind of medical emergencies.
