User Manual for OO User role in RCSC Claims

 Login with Claim Handler/ OD Claim Handler Role


 Go to Process Flow
 Select LOB Motor
 Select Process as Motor OD Process Flow
 Then Intimate a Claim with details.

Claims Registration: Point to Note

 For RCSC Claims, only accidental damage partial loss case will be considered
 Claims Provision amount should be up to 75,000/- Rs.
 Claims could not be Windshield/ Outstation Garages/ Small claims which does not require repair
at garage option.
 Claims Servicing office should be mapped with RCSC.

If the claim is satisfied with all the above option, User must select RCSC radio button manually and
register the Claim.

Please Note:

 If RCSC option is not selected at the time of Claims registration, the Claim will not be transferred
to RCSC automatically after Report Submission.
 Also, in case RCSC is wrongly selected, then after report submission the Claim will be transferred
to RCSC, and operating office has to communicate to RCSC office to change the servicing office
code to OO from RCSC in Claims Process and settlement screen, through Claim servicing office
code LOV.

After Registration: Office User must fill Workshop details.

After successful Claims Registration and Workshop Details.

 Claims will be eligible for Automatic Surveyor appointment.


 Automatic Appointment and Report Submission will be done by Surveyor through Portal.
 After successful submission of report the Claims Servicing office code will be transferred to
RCSC.
