Terms & Condition :

15% Consultancy and supervision fee will be added after the final bill
Mode of Payment:
1. 50% with the work order
2. 35% payment after 50% of work progress.
3. 15% within 7 days after job completion.
Support:
* Electricity support during the work will be
provided by Client.
* For quick delivery, permission for whole night work will be arranged by Client.

Client service and warranty:

* 12 months free repair in any sort of wooden and paint related default (caused due to quality
of the job).
OTHERS:
1.Any additional item will be a subject of extra bill.
2. For any support, a valid work order from the client is a mandatory requirement.
3. All payments will be made via A/C payee cheque in favor of ‘DOT 5 PVT. LTD’
4. 10% Wastage will be added with final measurement.
