Introduction

It is believed that nowadays students and teachers have equal right in the
classroom.this may be the case in some places but it is not entirely true some teachers
and students abuse their power and acuse or threaten eachother in unfair ways.
Marka Bodine

Marka Bodine is just one of many examples of a teacher abusing their powers she had
spent over 3 years preying on one of her 13 year old students. She was caught having
fun with the boy in the classroom 14 times and the boy was threatened and abused.
This is a very sad case which proves that not all schools provide justice as this boy
was defensless and suffered for a very long time. Marka Bodine only served 60 days
because she was pregnent.
Student harass teachers

Even though it may be far less,less serious cases of students harrasing teachers, it is
very common for students to ignore teachers commands and do as they please.The
case in the video is once again the opposite of justice as the teacher couldnt do
anything against the students and was forced to sit there and take.
Verbal abuse

Far more common than phyical abuse is verbal abuse .It may not be as serious but
both students and teachers who recieve these slurs and insults feel very offended and
get to face consequences.This is another represetation of injustice because the teacher
was unable to teach because of the students terrible behavior and had a breakdown
and insulted her students.
What is school justice

A justiceful school is where both the teachers and the students show respect to
eachother.They both need to realize their roles-the student is there to learn and
improve himself and the teacher is there to teach and to help the students without
having any stringer relations. In such a school,the students can learn all they need and
have a good future.
Conclusion

Students have the rights to listen and ask questions to the teachers
Teachers have ther rights to instruct and answer students questions
When someone decides to do something they dont have the righ to do, the lesson amd
learning is disturbed and many problems arise.It also leads to both the students and the
teacher being physicaly hurt or insulted.
