Mayaw, Tehsil-Talbehat, Distt-Lalitpur up, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as under.
1- That we are the only heire of deceased Pratap Singh S/o Shri Lalsingh R/o Village-Padwan,
Post-Dhawari, Tehsil-Mehrauni Distt-Lalitpur, up who died intestate on 23.10.2022 at
Tikamgarh Road Mehroni Lalitpur up. We represent the estate of Late Pratap singh.
2- That the deceased Late Pratap Singh did not leave any will and, therefore, we are the
successors in the estate of the said deceased.

affirm as follows.

Distt- Lalitpur U.P. Who died intestate on 23.10.2022 AT TIKAMGARH ROAD MERHONI,

Pratap Singh D/o Late Pratap Singh (Daughter) aged 34 years, Village- Rara Post- Mayaw,
Tehsil- Talbehat, Distt- Lalitpur up, as his/her/Their only heirs.
2. That I/We, Rampal aged 41 years S/o Late Pratap Singh R/o Village Padwan post Dhawari
Tehsil- Mehrouni, Distt- Lalitpur up and Priti singh W/o Vishnu Pratap Singh D/o Late Pratap
Singh aged 34 years, Village- Rara Post- Mayaw, Tehsil- Talbehat, Distt- Lalitpur up, do
hereby relinquish my/our claim to the balance of Rs. ________ Plus interest etc. Standing in
ACCOUNT NO.4707526504 under Saving bank (name of scheme) at post office Mehrouni
Distt Lalitpur (name of the Post office)in thename of the estate of the said deceased PRATAP
SINGH.
3. I/We have no objection whatsoever if the balance in the above referred account together
with interest if any accrued thereon is being paid by the post office to Meera aged 61 years
W/o Late pratap singh R/o Village padwan post- dhawari Teh- Mehrouni distt-Lalitpur up
