WHY IS EATING HEALTHY IMPORTANT DURING COVID

Right now we all are just sitting on our couch doing nothing and cannot go outside, But
whatever happens, our body needs to stay fit. That's why we need to eat healthily.
Active children and young people whose eating is well balanced tend to have: a healthy
body weight, plenty of energy to be active, stronger muscles and bones and enjoy
better physical and mental health.

These are some healthy foods

Guacamole with dry nachos, Blueberry with yoghurt, Homemade Ragi pancakes with
fresh fruit, Corn with bread, Tomato tofu, Organic jams, Carrot rice.

These are some unhealthy foods

Juice, Fish and chip with cheese, Sardine, Chocos, Coffee, Sparkling water, Processed
cereal, Mayonnaise

Ragi pancake recipe


Ingredients

1.2 spoons Ragi powder/mixture


2.Milk
3. 1 Egg
Recipe

1. First, you need to mix in all the ingredients [Make sure there are no lumps]
2. Then put a small amount of oil or ghee on a heated pan so the pancake doesn’t
stick
3. Put the batter on your pan and cook it for 3-5 minutes.
4. Then you can add some fresh fruit or syrup for taste.
5. Enjoy!
