General Overview of Follow-up Call

⚫ We will have Follow-up Calls once a month, with each session lasting for 60 minutes.
⚫ Along with the information provided below, you will also be guided through the necessary procedures and preparations for
joining the company during each session. Therefore, unless there are exceptional circumstances, please make sure to attend
all calls.

 Provisional Certificate & Course Registration
You must be wondering.. why is it so important?

• Provisional certificate is required to be submitted for your application for Certificate of

Eligibility (COE).
Purpose of provisional certificate
• Without obtaining COE, you cannot move forward to visa application.
• This certificate needs to be submitted to the immigration vendor by Aug 15 (Thu)

Case 1: Course registration was not completed by the BN member

-> Could not graduate the university as planned
Errors/troubles in the past
Case 2: Course registration was not reflected in the university’s system error
-> Travel to Japan & Joining date delayed

1. Check with your university if all of your courses are properly registered in university’s system
now – by Mar 29 (Fri)
