different channels like our 20 branches nationwide, internet and mobile banking.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer, based at our Tabubil Branch an
reporting to the Regional Branch Manager to be part of this transformative journey.

Customer Service Officer, Tabubil

The successful candidate will be required to effectively.

Review and assess new member applications received and liaise with Head Offic
for registration,
Provide assistance to the Team Leader in driving membership growth at th
branch to achieve set targets,
Assist with providing awareness to our members and the general public on NCSL’
products and services,
Ensure full compliance with all policies, procedures, regulatory and any othe
standards,
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company cor
values.

Job Requirements:

Essential Qualifications, Technical Skills & Experience:

Proven exposure in providing first-class customer service in a timely manner in


similar work environment,
Demonstrated exposure in processing new member/customer applications withi
required service standards and providing regular update to applicants,
Possess some knowledge in a core banking system (cbs) to be able to navigat
within the system to provide timely service and accurate feedback to custome
queries,
Diploma Qualification in Customer Service, Business Management, Banking
Finance, Accounting or related field,
Possess some digital service experience and able to educate members in adoptin
our digital services.
Strong customer experience and ability to interact and cooperate with all staff an
maintain professionalism that meets company core values.
