Course Description This course is designed to generate academic research for a Degree in
Finance and Economics. The first part of the course focuses on how to
organize a research proposal, including developing the research questions
reviewing and synthesizing prior research and writing, and understanding
the elements of an academic research report. Students will work on
developing an appropriate and feasible research design, considering the
distinctions of alternative methods. Students will draft chapters and
eventually a full academic research report with ongoing review by the
course lecturer.
Course Outcomes At the end of the course, students should be able to:
