Talent Acquisition
Based on approved manpower budget sourcing and selecting the talents to fulfil staffing
within the time period
Coordination with technical panel and understanding their requirements and
accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from the concerned
person.
Communicate the requirement / employment details to the applied candidates.
Sourcing candidates through Job portal (Naukri and LinkedIn) or else internal
reference, Campus, head hunting based on desired skills and experience and validating
them on their experience and interest on the position
Candidate management including salary negotiations, notice period issues
Maintained a database of the candidates attending interviews
Payroll Management
HR Operation
Administrating Joining formalities & handling paper work for new joiners.
Taking care of biometric enrollment, issuing ID cards & company mail id to the new
joiners.
Create employee id, Facilitating on boarding program, joining kit & opening up salary
A/C.
Responsible for new hire induction, Coordinate with various stake holders like vendor,
work force management, academy, admin teams to ensure smooth induction.
Auditing the personal file submitted by new hires to check if all the statutory and legal
compliance are met and sends it for digitization.
Follow up for pending documents & collection of the same.
Sending feedback link to employees to provide valuable inputs with respect induction
Developing various reports for management which makes it easy to make decisions
regarding the current resources
Conducting Background verifications for employees
Performance Management
Taking care of performance appraisal process, giving inputs to Head HR to process the
salary increment, promotion, etc
Managing the moderation process of rating and adherence to bell curve.
Issue of Promotion & Increment process based on the performance appraisal through
their individual KRA letter by the HOD, Functional and Unit Head. Coordinating
with HOD and submitting the Appraisal to Head HR
Employee Engagement
Identifying the Training needs, preparing the Training Calendar by discussing with all
the department heads and updates the same to the corporate Training Department
To identify / Analyse the need, impart and measure the training effectiveness through
Questionnaires.
Impart training for the employees based on the analysed needs and requirements of the
employees / HODs
Evaluate the Training, prepare the reports and update the same to Corporate, Plant Head
and HR.
Prioritize, analyse (Technical, Behavioural and Functional) and Coordinate the training
Program as per schedule.
To maintain the documents of all training related activities as per the requirements of
QMS and update training records as per SOP.
Identify internal trainers in all the units for the training to be a continuous process
