ELIGIBILITY

You are a person who :


• h
 as an Active Employment Insurance (EI)
Claim (aka Active EI Claimant) ; or
• h
 as received EI Benefits in the past (Reachback
EI Client or Former EI Claimant) ; or
• h
 as earned more than $2,000 in insurable
earnings and paid EI employee premiums
on those earnings in at least five (consecutive
or non-consecutive) of the previous 10
calendar years ; or
• is a person with disabilities or a person
with persistent multi barriers
You are able to dedicate 35 hours per week
