Adhunik Automation India, A/4/3/8 UPSIDC Industrial Area, South Side of G.T.Road, Ghaziabad-201009.

Tax: Extra “ GST 18%”

Rate: Ex-our Works Ghaziabad.
Freight: Extra at actual + GST 18% form
Packaging & Forwarding : Extra 0.5% + GST 18%
Transit Insurance: To be borne by YOU
Mode of Dispatch: Through your approved transporter
Delivery: 4-5 weeks confirmation of your order.
Rate Validity: 30 days from the date of OFFER submission
PAYMENT TERMS: 100% advance
Programming & Commissioning Charges: Extra if required Lodging, boarding and travelling during onsite
service of Engineer will be in customer scope

Product Warranty: We provide 12 months Warranty from the date of invoice against any manufacturing defect.
The Warranty does not cover faults arising out physical damage or usage of product beyond its specified
mechanical, electrical and environmental limits.

Exclusions:
Given below is a general description of items which are excluded from our scope, but not
inclusive of any other items which may be required for the system / process.

1. Any type of power cabling work, cable termination and accessories required for cable termination.

2. Power cable Aluminum Armored / screened cable from mains to VFDs and from VFDs to motor.

3. Installation of the Electrical panel. Only we will provide supervision for the installation.
