CONSULTING SERVICES
We offer consulting services to organizations or
individuals seeking research expertise. Our focus is
on ensuring that all research and resources are
culturally sensitive and inclusive of the diverse needs
of the population, including language, beliefs, and
practices.
DATA
COLLECTION
We offer online and face-to-face data collection
services through surveys, questionnaires, structured
or unstructured interviews (IDIs), observations,
focus group discussions (FDGs), document analysis,
and digital data collection. Our team is trained in
specimen collection, handling, transportation, and
storage (GLP), with relevant GCP, HSP, and NIH-
GCP obtained.
TOOLS
We review and test surveys, interview guides,
observation checklists, focus group guides, data
collection forms/clinical report forms, lab request
forms, and specimen storage and transportation logs.

MONITORING & MENTORSHIP
During monitoring visits, we review study documents
to ensure compliance with the protocol, regulatory
requirements, and good clinical practice (GCP)
guidelines. We conduct on-site visits to observe
study procedures, assess the site's adherence to the
protocol, and address any issues or discrepancies
that may arise. We provide guidance and support to
site staff as needed and provide detailed
documentation of our monitoring activities.
AUDIO TRANSCRIPTION
& TRANSLATION
We provide audio transcription and translation
services in English, French, Afrikaans, Xhosa, Zulu,
and Sotho.
MENTORSHIP
PROGRAMS
We pair aspiring researchers/consultants with
experienced professionals for guidance and advice.
REGULATORY
SUBMISSION
We review and assist with submitting documentation
or data to regulatory agencies for the purpose of
obtaining approval, renewal, protocol amendment,
and related matters.
