Dear Sir,

This refers to your e-mail on April 29, 2024, subject project. We are pleased to submit our
proposal as follows.

1.0 SCOPE OF WORK

 Development of Equipment Layout.

A) Process Design:

i) Hydraulic Analysis of Gas Piping as per provided flow rates and equipment design parameters.

ii) Development of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams for the gas piping.

B) Piping Works:

Development of piping layouts with sectional details for the following system.

 Development of piping layouts with sectional details development where required of the
following system.
 Preparation of piping layouts.
 Preparation of piping sectional detail, pipe support detail, and pipe sleeper layout.
 Design and detailed fabrication drawings of pipe supports.

C) Civil works:

i) Design and construction drawing of the foundation for pipe support.

D) lnstrumentation Works:

 Preparation of PG datasheet.
E) General:

 Technical & construction specifications.

 Complete Materiel Take off/data sheets for Procurement.
 Bill of Quantities for construction works.

2.0) COMPLETION TIME:

4 to 6 weeks subject to the client’s approval.

4.0) PAYMENT TERMS

20 % Advance
10 % Process Design
70 % Progressive Payments

5.0) DATA REQUIRED:

Client to provide all related data/drawings in editable format to execute the project.

6.0) BID VALIDITY:

This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of bid submission.

7.0) ORDER CANCELLATION

Any order cancellation without our consent is not allowed.
