I, RITCHENO C. AGUILAR of legal age, married to Evelyn Orine

Aguilar, Filipino citizen, with residence at 241 Pao, Manaoag,
Pangasinan, Philippines hereby depose and state that:

a. I have a property located in Pao, Manaoag, Pangasinan under

Declaration of Real Property with No. 34245 and Property Index
No. 013-24-021;

b. However, I noticed that the spelling of my first name indicated

therein is “Richeno” instead of “Ritcheno”. The letter “t” was
omitted;

c. I attest that “Richeno C. Aguilar” and “Ritcheno C. Aguilar”

is one and the same person;

d. I attest to the truth of the foregoing in order to correct the

spelling of my first name in Declaration of Real Property
with No. 34245 and Property Index No. 013-24-021 and for
all legal intents and purposes that his affidavit may serve.

WHEREFORE, I have hereunto set my hand this 17th day of
