SCHOOL UPDATES

1. 7 Classrooms are being repaired with 8.2 million budget from the Office of the Congressman,
Hon. Chiquiting Sagarbarria.
- 3 classes are temporarily held at the covered court. (Grades 4, 5 & 6)
- Expected completion of the repair will be by May.
-Pupils are advised not to go near the construction site.
- Pupils are advised to use the CRs on the school stage.

2. Current enrollment is 161.

- We need to increase our enrollment yearly. Crisostomo O. Retes is our enrolment competitor.
- Parents ask their elder siblings to accompany their younger children to school.
- We requested a donor to donate school supplies to attract more enrollment.

3.Unfinihed projects
- H.E. and school fence
- We need additional budget for labor but Mayor will provide J.O. employees to finish the project.
- We are still waiting for the school fence to be implemented with 100 thousand budget.

4. Let us support the General PTA Officers to implement their signage project.
- Solicitation Letters are distributed for this purpose.
- PSA will follow.

5. We had our Classroom- Based Recognition Ceremony and Distribution of Report Cards.
