RTB – Phase II Committee

Meeting Summary: May 17, 2024

The Phase II Committee convened on Friday, May 17, 2024, at 6:30 pm IST, with
the following members present: Gajendra P, Rajaraman K, Surya C, and Tarak Roy.
The agenda items discussed this week were as follows:
Welcome Package:
A welcome package is being distributed to all new homeowners joining the Phase
II Homeowners group. The link to this package is also accessible to all existing
homeowners.
Defect List:
The Phase II Defect List, compiled by Phase II Committee members and MC
members with the assistance of some Phase II Homeowners, has been formally
submitted to the MC for forwarding to LnT management.
Common Area Violations:
Many homeowners have responded positively to our request and have been
cooperating. However, we still have a long way to go to get our common areas into
desirable shape. We kindly request homeowners and residents to remove
personal items from common areas.
Water Issues:
Many residents have complained about water quality issues. We have reported
these concerns to the MC through our Phase II MC members. Currently, the STP
appears to be non-operational, and efforts are underway to rectify the situation.
Airtel and Related Services:
We are researching whether Airtel service is available in Phase II towers, as many
residents have complained that the currently available services are inadequate.
