Any objection about the bidding result(if), Bidders or
individuals from interested party shall raise the
documented objection to the tender agency/tenderer and

documents shall be included but not limited to:
1）异议书（内容包含异议事项的基本事实，相关请求及

Objection letter (including the basic facts of the objection,
related claims, Objector’s name, address and valid contact
information).
2）有效线索和相关证明材料
Valid clues and supporting documentations.
3）异议人的法定代表人或负责人的身份证明，对授权委
托人的授权书及有效身份证件
The valid identity certificate of the legal representative or
the focal objector,
The letter of authorization by authorized attorney.
The valid identity certificate about authorized attorney.
以上材料，异议人须在每一页加盖公章。
