MODULES DESCRIPTION:

ADMINISTRATOR MODULE:

The Administrator of the System will be divided to several privileges on how they can
use the System. Administrator for example, has all the privileges such as Adding type of product
to be sell, Adding type of fund, Update price list, Adding Downloadable Material, Registration
Module, etc. The administrator has to make sure the system do not have problem and the govt.
officer do not have problem when using the system. The administrator will set the data policies
for the company, set the standard for control and usage of data. The administrator also has to
make the back-up maintenance and tuning of the system.

GOVT. OFFICER MODULE:

The govt. officer can search the data by id number or name of flood victims. The
administrator is the govt. officer they have high level authority of using the system. Besides
that, they know all the flow of the system and also can view all the details of the system.
Administrator has to place for the registration of new officer such as personal details and others.
The officer also can add update and search for the related data by the way. Officer also can delete
the data that related to the registration.
USER MODULE:

Before using the system the user need to log in. After success they can proceed with the
system. If any forgiving views and suggestion and also complaints take care of that. The user of
the flood victim System will be divided into officers. The user can add new user or officer
including the details into the database. The user can delete the data of the victims. It includes the
details of them.

FUND COLLECTION MODULE:

This fund will be directed towards the organization via net banking or credit card/debit
card transactions in a secure environment. The intention is to develop a database which is a
comprehensive one in which all aspects of online transactions are covered and donations are
made in secure way. The officer is able to add the details about new flood victims. The new
victims maybe a person or a family.

FEEDBACK MODULE:

Users can post their feedback on this website. For posting, users can open the feedback
option on the website and sign up. The administrator and the officer will view those feedbacks.
The administrators and govt. officers will resolve that grievances

FUND REPORT MODULE:

This fund report module is to maintain the entire record properly about user’s and their
donation. Administrator or Govt. Officer can generate the reports of particular details and the
anal, report. Administrator can also print the report and file it.
