It gives me great satisfaction in recommending Ms. Nettem Lakshmi Prasanna

for Admission at your university. I first met her in my "Computer Programming". In all
her course activities, her grades have been far above average and she stands among
top 10% of her class. She was evaluated on the basis of exams, and other various
activities, in which she performed exceptionally well.

She has approached me on many occasions with regards to her project work, in the
building of which she has shown sincere dedication rarely seen amongst her peers. Her
performance in UG shows her ability to succeed in her field of Interest.

She has a very good ability to assimilate new things and has sound logical and
analytical mind. She has worked on various modules, all of which she dwelled into deeply
and I was impressed with her depth of understanding of practical implication of the work she
is doing. As a requirement of the project work, she was required to read up a lot of new
material and review papers related to project. At this she showed good flair and
understanding. This quality made her indispensible towards research effort of the team.
Another prime quality I observed during the project was Ms. Nettem Lakshmi Prasanna’s
well-developed ability to communicate with her peers. In case of a problem, she was able
to explain fluidly the situation to me and her peers, often breaking down an engineering
problem into simpler analogies.

Ms. Nettem Lakshmi Prasanna will undoubtedly be a good addition to your

research wing and will be of immense help to your efforts. She is well equipped with good
communication skills and is a great motivator when working in a team. She is the ideal
person required to do extensive research because she likes to dwell deep in a subject that
interests her.
