I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of the residents of Villa Czarina and of HOA
Officer Candidates to request your assistance in organizing a clean-up drive within our subdivision.

We firmly believe that a clean and well-maintained environment is crucial for the well-being of our
residents, especially children and the elderly. A clean-up drive would not only help in addressing this
issue but also promote a sense of responsibility and awareness among our community members.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could include and consider our subdivision for your upcoming
project this coming May 5, 2024.
We’d be glad to gather volunteers and residents in participation to not only strengthen the Barangay’s
efforts but to also raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation.

We are confident that with your leadership and support, we can collectively work towards creasing a
cleaner and more sustainable community for ourselves and future generations.
