Job Description :

1. Responsible for leading the regional team including FLM subcontractors

2. Main Customer interface and point of escalations in region
3. To ensure the operations efficiency of the FLM team in regions
4. To ensure project standards are implemented and followed up with regional teams including
FLM subcontractors
5. To coordinate and ensure the FLM set up (resources, tools etc.) in regions for optimum operational
efficiency
6. Total responsibility of quality of deliverables in the region
7. To coordinate and manage weekly, monthly and daily status reports to customer and higher
management
8. Responsible for managing subcontractors and 3rd party service providers in the region
9. Sole responsibility to conclude and making sure network element acceptance (ATP) are completed
within the schedule period and in accordance to the standard and quality requirements
10. Manage the timely return of faulty parts to FSL (Logistics warehouse)
11. Full responsibility on regional SLA/KPI and Network Availability (NAV)
12. To analyze faults and propose and implement mitigation actions
13. Responsible for escalations of regional operational issues to higher management.
14. Main MS interface to Implementation department by close coordination with Roll Out Regional
Managers
15. Responsible to manage additional circuit provisioning (CR) activities in region
16. Responsible for monthly Subcontractor Performance
Manage day to day Operat ion LTOA, Cell Low NAV, Genset Monitoring, Incident 17.Report
submission and other Key task

Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Telecom, Electrical, Industrial, IT Engineering or related
major.
2. 5 years+ experience in Operation & Maintenance services, especially for Field Operation
Maintenance .
3. Good organizing and communications capability, can endure hard working and high delivery
pressure.
4. Fluent in English and Bahasa is a must,
5. Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment.
6. Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills.
7. Willing to work and travel to all regions of Indonesia.
